Founder, Ashley Thomas, CND
Ashley Thomas founded Sprouted Beans in the fall of 2008 while working as a professional after-school educator at First Avenue Elementary school in Newark, NJ. Thomas is a certified Natural Health and Wellness practitioner (A Life of Peace Wellness Institute) and she is also an alum of Spelman College. Thomas says, "Sprouted Beans is a facet of my life's purpose, there is a major spiritual shift taking place in the world today and I believe that it is my responsibility along with a slew of other healers to make sure that the young light workers that are birthed into this world are securely equipped with the proper education and tools to perform their brilliant purpose of shining light onto the world."
Along with providing Sprouted Bean consulting services to community organizations, Ashley Thomas is availble for holistic health speaking engagements and she also provides free wellness consultations.
